The students of the Environment society took the initiative of making seed bombs during a stay back. On 22nd August, they went to Sakatpur, Gurgaon which is located at the foothills of the Aravali’s to disperse the seed bombs. They divided themselves in groups and walked down a stretch of land throwing the seed bombs in areas easily accessible to rainwater. The students also dispersed seeds of the Amaltas plant fruit which is known for its health benefits and usage in herbal medicines. Along with this, they planted a peepal tree and talked to the locals about looking after the plant. It was an extremely enriching and memorable experience.
